It is the diagnostic classification standard for all clinical and research purposes.
ICD defines the universe of diseases disorders injuries and other related health conditions listed in a comprehensive hierarchical fashion. The ICD is maintained by WHO. ICD11 is eleventh revision of ICD containing necessary terminological and ontological elements for seamless use in digital health. Traditional medicine (TM) TM refers to the knowledge skills and practices based on indigenous experiences used in the maintenance of health and treatment of physical and mental illness.
